How a score is made

Every review that mentions the dish is read for how the reviewer felt about it. Scores blend how warm those mentions are with how much evidence there is; recent reviews weigh more.

Reading the evidence

Strong: 70+ mentions. Solid: 25–69 mentions. Emerging: 10–24 mentions. Places with fewer mentions are ranked, but their scores lean toward the Paris average.

What we never show

No reviewer names, photos or profiles. One short quote per place, credited only as “Google review” and the month. Privacy

Rankings can’t be bought

No place pays to be listed or to rank higher. If advertising or sponsorship ever appears, it will be labelled as such and will never change a position.
